Using FreePDFs
By accessing and using FreePDFs (freepdfs.app), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
What we provide
FreePDFs offers free, browser-based PDF tools. Most tools run entirely in your browser and never send your files to our servers. Three tools (Excel to PDF, PowerPoint to PDF, Word to PDF) use a secure server for conversion — files are deleted immediately after.
We provide the service "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FreePDFs only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to process files you do not own or have permission to modify
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure
- Circumvent any security measures
- Use the service for any illegal activity
No warranty
FreePDFs is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, damage to files, or any other loss arising from your use of the tools. Always keep backups of important documents before processing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreePDFs and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Ownership
The FreePDFs website, code, and branding are owned by us. You retain all rights to the files you process. We do not claim any ownership over files you upload or download.
